Ronald Hensley

Ronald Dean Hensley, 77, of McPherson, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at The Cedars, McPherson. He was a retired car salesman.

Ron was born on December 1, 1934, in Eldora, Iowa, the son of Curtis and Darlene Ruby (Melton) Hensley. He graduated from high school in Allen, Kansas.

Survivors include: sons, Jim Hensley of Abilene, KS and Kris Severs and wife, Angela, of McPherson, KS; daughters, Lisa Foos and husband, Leroy, of Leavenworth, KS, Kim LaGree of Hays, KS, and Lori Anderson and husband, Kevin, of McPherson, KS; sister, Shirley Goodrich of Osceola, IA; twelve grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Hensley and Darlene Hensley Alexander, infant daughter, Teri Hensley, and a son, Kelly Dean Hensley.

A graveside service and inurnment of the cremains will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 18, 2012, at the Halstead Cemetery in Halstead, Kansas.
