Richard James

Richard D. James, 65, of McPherson, died Tuesday, March 2, 2004, at Hutchinson Hospital. He was a retired truck driver and security guard for Certainteed Corporation.

A memorial visitation and informal gathering will be held on Saturday, March 6, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place.

Survivors include: his wife, Betty of the home; two sons, Richard Steven James of Salina, KS and Michael Dean James of Inman, KS; a daughter, Sheryl Lynn Pelnar of McPherson; a brother, Donald James of Offerle, KS; three sisters, Barbara Premer of McPherson, Marvel of Wichita, KS, and Jean James of Wichita; and six grandchildren.
