Richard “Dick” Henry Wiens, 81, of rural McPherson, KS, peacefully passed away on Friday, May 8, 2026, surrounded by family at the Harry Hynes Hospice Center in Wichita.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:30 PM, Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at New Gottland Lutheran Church. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, May 14, at New Gottland Lutheran Church with Pastor Laura Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the New Gottland Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations are suggested to New Gottland Lutheran Church in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
