Raymond Stewart

Raymond Stewart, 94, of McPherson and formerly of Hutchinson, died Wednesday, September 29, 2004, at The Cedars in McPherosn. He was a retired Vocational Agriculture & Social Science teacher at Nickerson High School and Hutchinson Community College.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 2, 2004, at the First United Methodist Church, McPherson. Graveside service will be at 4:00 PM, Saturday, in the Ozawkie Cemetery, Ozawkie, Kansas. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Friday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, with the family present from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Survivors include: two sons, R. Dean Stewart of McPherson, KS and Evan R. Stewart of Leawood, KS; three brothers, James Arthur Stewart of Wichita, KS, Boyd Harold Stewart of Eureka, KS, and Thomas Neal Stewart of Houston, TX; a sister, Lizzielou Phillips of Arlington, TX; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
