Patricia Koch

Patricia A. "Pat" Koch, 62, of McPherson, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at her home in McPherson. Pat was born on May 26, 1947, in Newton, Kansas, the daughter of Wallace E., Sr. and Margery A. (Ewert) Bledsoe. She graduated from Marion (Kansas) High School in 1965. She was fomerly of Marion and has been a McPherson resident since 1969. On March 22, 1969, she was united in marriage to Vernon R. Koch in McPherson. She worked as a clerk at the Smoker Friendly store in McPherson for the past ten years. She had also worked at the Jubilee Store and at K-Mart in McPherson.

The graveside service will be on Monday, January 11, 2010, at 2:00 PM, at the McPherson Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

Survivors include: husband, Vernon of the home; daughter, Brenda Ford and husband, David, of McPherson; aunt, Pat Bledsoe of McPherson; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Wallace E. Bledsoe, Jr. and twin sister, Sharon Bledsoe.
