Norris Nelson

Norris W. Nelson, 91, of McPherson, died Monday, February 10, 2003, at The Cedars Health Care Center. He was a retired zone manager for Investors Diversified Services (IDS), now known as American Express Financial Services.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 13, at Countryside Covenant Church. A private family inurnment of the cremains will take place on Thursday, prior to the memorial service, at McPherson Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

Survivors include: two sons, John M. Nelson of Bronx, NY and David B. Nelson of Topeka, KS; a daughter, Margaret L. Krehbiel of McPherson; a sister, Edna Knackstedt of McPherson; sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
