Norman Springer

Norman Carl Springer, 77, of McPherson and formerly of Fort Wayne, Indiana, died Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at The Cedars Health Care Center. He was a retired salesman, working in the food industry.

Norman was a member of the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church and a veteran of World War II, service in the US Army Air Corps.

The funeral service will be held at 4:30 PM, Saturday, May 3, at Grace Lutheran Church, McPherson. Burial will be at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Ossian, IN. Visitation with family present will be from 2:30 PM until service time on Saturday at the church.

Survivors include: two daughters, Cynthia K. Thies of Fort Wayne, IN and Deborah C. Steiner of St. Louis, MO; a brother, Richard L. Springer of Ossian, IN; and two grandchildren.
