Michael Davenport

Michael D. Davenport, 53, of McPherson, died Monday, February 25, 2008, at his home in McPherson. He was a dispatcher and truck driver for McPherson Concrete Products. He was a former resident of Salina, KS and Caldwell, ID.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 1, at Harmony Christian Church. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Bennington Cemetery (Bennington, ID) at a later date.

Survivors include: his companion, Julie Davenport of Caldwell, ID; a daughter, Jenny Lynn Davenport of Caldwell, ID; two step-sons, Mark Rogers and Kenny Rogers, both of Nampa, ID; two brothers, Mark Davenport and Andrew Davenport, both of Salina, KS; two sisters, Shelly Gabel of Salina, KS and Jan Hokett of McPherson, KS.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Douglas and Daniel Davenport, and a sister, Karen Sebree.
