Mary Steiner

Mary Lea Steiner, 76, of McPherson and formerly of Windom, died Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at The Cedars, McPherson. She was a homemaker.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, 9, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Windom Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: three sons, Alan Wood of Pensacola, FL, Arlen "Woody" Wood of McPherson, KS, and Randy Wood of Oahu, HI; four daughters, Cheryl Swapp of St. George, UT, Crystal Morris of Chillicothe, OH, Valerie Donham of McPherson, KS and Mary Larabee of McPherson, KS; two sisters, Lois Brown of Sabetha, KS and Doris Burger of Salina, KS; 25 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank G. "Duke" Steiner, two brothers, two sisters, and a son, Marty Steiner.
