Martha Scheikofsky

Martha Scheikofsky, 94, of McPherson, died Sunday, January 23, 2005, at The Cedars Health Care Center in McPherson. She was a former Assistant Curator at the McPherson Museum, had worked as a clerk at various hotels in McPherson, and was a cook at Memorial Hospital and a few nursing homes.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 27, at the First Christian Church. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Stockham Family Funeral Home. The family will be present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: a son, Robert Nikkel of McPherson; three daughters, Doris Anderson of McPherson, Donna Graham of McPherson, and Gloria Birmingham of Wichita; nine grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren.
