James Stauffer

James F. "Jim" Stauffer, 64, died Monday, August 4, 2003, at his home in McPherson. He was a Casualty Claims Manager for Alliance Insurance Companies and had been with the company for 38 years.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 AM, Thursday, August 7, at the First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: his wife, Marilyn of the home; three sons, Kevin Stauffer of Wichita, KS, Mark Stauffer of San Francisco, CA, and Brian Stauffer of McPherson; two brothers, Richard Stauffer of Emporia, KS and Mike Stauffer of Manhattan, KS; three sisters, Janet Ireton of Salina, KS, Sally Margritz of Lexington, NE, and Donna Lantry of Lawrence, KS; and nine grandchildren.
