James E. Johnson

James E. Johnson, 61, of McPherson and formerly of Escalon, CA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at McPherson Hospital. He was a truck driver and a veteran of the United States Navy.

He was born December 24, 1952, in Oakdale, CA, the son of Leonard James and Hazel Josephine (Caldwell) Johnson.

Survivors include: daughter, Jennifer L. Johnson of McPherson, KS; brother, Alan Johnson of Courtside, AZ; three sisters, Charlene Morelli of Antioch, CA, Candy Hartman of Pittsburgh, CA, and Melba Johnson of Oakdale, CA; three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Linda Johnson.
