George Boone

George W. Boone, 75, of McPherson and Casa Grande, Arizona, died April 4, 2004. He was a retired auto mechanics instructor for the Central Kansas Area Vocational-Technical School at McPherson High School.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 5, at the Free Methodist Church in McPherson. Rev. P. Thomas Mayse & Rev. Michael Hambley will officiate the service. Inurnment of the cremains will take place in McPherson Cemetery prior to the memorial service. There will be no visitation.

Survivors include: his wife, Mildred of the home; a son, Michael Boone of Shawnee, KS; two daughters, Karla Rostine of McPherson and Janette Edwards of McPherson; a brother, Richard Boone of Prescott, AZ; a sister, Winifred Gard of Sun City, AZ; and six grandchildren.
