Dorothy Whitteker

Dorothy J. Whitteker, 86, of McPherson, died Tuesday, November 2, 2004, at Pleasant View Home in Inman. She was a retired telephone operator and housekeeper at the Wheat State Motel.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 5, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Burial will be at Crestwood Memorial Park, McPherson. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Stockham Family Funeral Home. The family will be present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: a son, Martin Whitteker of Maryville, MO; two daughters, Bellyn Kaplan of Jefferson City, MO and Lou Helm of McPherson, KS; eight grandchildren and nine grandchildren.
