Donna I. Davis

Donna I. Davis, 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at Pleasant View Home, Inman. Donna lived in Inman since February of 2015, formerly of McPherson, Dodge City, and Golden, CO. She was a homemaker and bookkeeper at R & B Auto Parts in Golden, CO.

Donna was born on May 10, 1930, in Elkhart, KS, the daughter of Durward and Edith (Evans) Jones. She graduated from Dodge City High School. On August 29, 1948, Donna was united in marriage to Harold N. Davis in Dodge, City, KS.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church, McPherson.

Survivors include: her husband of 67 years, Harold of the home; daughter, Debra Hendrickson and husband, Marvin, of McPherson, KS; son, Terry Davis and wife, Amy, of Canton, KS; brother, Dale Jones and wife, Susan, of Phoenix, AZ; sister-in-law, Evelyn Jones of Milford, KS; three grandchildren, Brenda Flax of Garden Plain, KS, Bree Ayotte of Mission, KS, and Justin Henrickson of Montezuma, KS; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Norman Jones.

The memorial service will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 12, 2015, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at McPherson Cemetery.
