Clinton Mowbray

Clinton W. Mowbray, 83, of McPherson, died Sunday, July 30, 2006, at Memorial Hospital in McPherson. He was a farmer and truck driver and had most recently worked at CertainTeed Plastics as a pipe cutter, retiring after 16 years.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 2, at McPherson Cemetery. Military Burial Honors will be conducted by the members of V.F.W. Post #2715 and American Legion Post #24. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: a daughter, Luanna Marie Mowbray of Carnegie, PA; a brother, Duane Mowbray of McPherson; and a sister, Ava Chamberlain of Falls Church, VA.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Unruh, Marjorie Blair, and Anna Belle Barnes.
