Carol Ann Wagner

Carol Ann (LaForest) Wagner, 66, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully to heaven and into the arms of her lord and savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, surrounded by family at Hospice House, Hutchinson, KS.

She was born July 23, 1955, in North Adams, MA, the daughter of Helen (Bourdon) and Herman LaForest.  Following high school, Carol attended nursing school at Albany Medical Center.  She was a Registered Nurse at McPherson Memorial Hospital for over 30 years.

On April 30, 1977, she married the love of her life, Donald E. Wagner, in North Adams, MA, and was blessed with three children, Donielle, Eric, and Jessica.

Survivors include: her husband of 45 years, Donald; three children, Donielle (Mikel) Andreas of Galva, KS, Eric (Carrie) Wagner of McPherson, KS, and Jessica (Tyler) Rindels of Kansas City, MO; six grandchildren, William, Ethan, Chase, Eli, Audrey, and Remington; four siblings, Bob LaForest, Dan LaForest, Paul LaForest, and Teresa McLain; and many extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman & Helen LaForest, and siblings, William LaForest and Susan LaForest.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, July 22, 2022, at Stockham Family Funeral Home.  A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 23, at First United Methodist Church with Rev.
