Bradley Vaughn Holm, 69, peacefully passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025, surrounded by family at his home in Gypsum, Kansas.

Brad was born March 2, 1956, in McPherson, KS, the son of Arlie Benton and Norma Jean (Patrick) Holm. He attended Canton High School. He was a welder at both, Wear Technology and Mid West Industries, both of McPherson.

On April 21, 1977, he was united in marriage to Vicki Lynn Alvord, and they were married for 25 years and blessed with four children, Jason, Josh, Jessi, and Jenni. Brad later married Amy Jean VanDolah on October 13, 2018.

Survivors include his wife, Amy Holm of the home; four children, Jason Holm of Canton, KS, Josh Holm of Canton, KS, Jessi Koehn (Luke) of Canton, KS, and Jenni Guyer (Nathan) of Moundridge, KS; six step-children, Jared Throckmorton of McPherson, KS, Kari DePaz of McPherson, KS, Al Louthan of McPherson, KS, Isaac Molina of Gypsum, KS, Cassie Molina (Donnie) of Tampa, FL, and Alexandra Caldwell (DeQuincey) of Tampa, FL; five siblings, RLou Wilson of Galva, KS, Beverly Johnson (Tom) of Galva, KS, Robert Holm (Cathy) of Galva, KS, Ronald Holm (Carol) of Galva, KS, and Bryan Holm of McPherson, KS; brothers-in-law, David VanDolah of Jet, OK and Dwight VanDolah of Houston, TX; sister-in-law, Joy Bellamy (John) of Jet, OK; 12 grandchildren, Landon Stephan, Brooke Stephan, Abigail Guyer, Madalyn Holm, Hali Rivir Koehn, Gus Koehn, Jack Koehn, Mikieala Aitmoussa, Eryka Aitmoussa, Zariah Watkins, Junior Caldwell, and Damien Caldwell; and many extended relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlie & Norma Jean Holm; mother-in-law, Virginia VanDolah; and nephew, Darrin Koehn.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Monday, August 11, 2025, at Stockham Family Funeral Home, McPherson. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, August 12, at Grace Crossing, Moundridge, with Pastor Jason Rains officiating. Burial will follow at New Gottland Lutheran Cemetery, McPherson.

The family encourages all those in attendance wear casual attire.

Memorial donations can be given to McPherson County Special Olympics in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
