William Lansaw

William L. "Bill" Lansaw, 65, of McPherson, died Tuesday, December 12, 2006, at Hutchinson Hospital. He worked as the front desk manager at the Holiday Manor Motel and had been a McPherson resident since 1987, formerly of Dodge City, KS and St. Joseph, MO.

Mr. Lansaw attended St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving from 1960 to 1963.

The memorial service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 15, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Father David Lies will officiate the service. There will be no visitation. Inurnment will be in Missouri at a later date.

Survivors include: his wife, Sondra of the home; four sons, Martin Lansaw of Shelton, WA, Andrew Lansaw of McPherson, KS, Brian Lansaw of Inman, KS, and Stephen Lansaw of McPherson; a daughter, Teresa Evensvold of Neodesha, KS; a sister, Ann Hoefer of Kansas City, MO; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
