Robert Densler

Robert J. "Bob" Densler, 67, of McPherson, died Monday, December 8, 2003, at Memorial Hospital, McPherson. He was the owner/operator of Hair Shapers barber shop and also was the former owner of the Wheat State Motel.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 AM, Friday, December 12, at the First Baptist Church, McPherson. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: his wife, Virginia of the home; two sons, David Densler of Waverly, NE and Bill Densler of Arvada, CO; a daughter, Sherry Laztke of Chanhassen, MN; two step-daughters, Marcia Van Meter of McPherson and Peggy Fortkamp-Blosser of McPherson; five grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
