Mark Bouray

Mark N. Bouray, 49, of McPherson and formerly of Superior, Nebraska, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2011, at Memorial Hospital, McPherson. He worked for Securitas Security Services and was site supervisor at the N.C.R.A. Refinery in McPherson. He formerly was employed at the Mid-America Cheese Plant in Superior, NE.

Mark was born on August 26, 1961, in Superior, Nebraska, the son of Wilmer G. and Belva Kaye (Leece) Bouray. He graduated from Courtland, KS High School and North Central Kansas Area Vocational Technical School in Beloit, KS.

On October 28, 1998, he was united in marriage to Kelly R. (Remmers) Branson in Las Vegas, NV.

Mark attended Countryside Covenant Church in McPherson.

The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at Countryside Covenant Church, McPherson with Rev. Jon Black officiating. Burial will be in the McPherson Cemetery. Visitation is from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, Monday, at Stockham Family Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: his wife, Kelly of the home; daughters, Starla Riggs of McPherson and Merissa Bowman (Greg) of Wamego, KS; parents, Wilmer and Kaye Bouray of Superior, NE; brothers, Brad Bouray (Jalonda) of Webber, KS, Brian Bouray (Sandy) of Monnett, MO, and Kirk Bouray (Lisa) of McPherson, KS; mother-in-law, Lois Hayes of New Cambria, KS; and granddaughter, Sybil.

He was preceded in death by a son, Calvin Riggs.
