Laurence Smith

Laurence W. Smith, 94, of McPherson, died Tuesday, April 20, 2004, at Infinia Health Center in McPherson. He was a retired representative for Cappers Publications and Insurance.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, April 24, at the Greenwood Cemetery in Clay Center, KS. There will be no visitation.

Survivors include: three step-daughters, Lucille Ratzlaff of McPherson, Louise Hughes of Topeka, and Bernice Peppiatt of Lindsborg; a brother, Harry Smith of Truth or Consequences, NM; three nieces and three nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances, and three brothers, Clarence, Don, and Kenneth.
