Dorothy Hibbett

Dorothy M. Hibbett, 82, of McPherson, died Tuesday, August 17, 2004, at The Cedars Courts in McPherson. She was a retired Language Arts Teacher at McPherson Junior High School.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 AM, Monday, August 23, at the Free Methodist Church. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery. Visitation (with family present) will be from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Sunday at Stockham Family Funeral Home.

Survivors include: two sons, Dan Hibbett of Beaverton, OR and Mike Hibbett of Wenatchee, WA; a daughter, Linda Burnett of Colorado Springs, CO; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Nelson and Ethel Byers.
