Cynthia A. "Cindy" Koehn

Cynthia Ann “Cindy” Koehn, 64, of McPherson, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014, at the McPherson Care Center. She had worked for ten years at Midwest Electric as an assistant office manager.

Cindy was born on June 22, 1949, in Hutchinson, KS, the daughter of Charles P. and Opal L. (Williams) McQuilliam. She graduated from Lyons High School in 1967 and McPherson College.

On May 20, 1972, she was united in marriage to Wayne Dean Koehn in Lyons, KS.

She was a member of Countryside Covenant Church, Business and Professional Women’s Club, and the Christian Motorcyclists Association.

Survivors include: her husband, Wayne of the home; step-son, Darrin Koehn of Galva, KS; siblings, Karon Randolph (Willie) of Sebring, FL, Janice Schierling (Don) of Inman, KS, Marsha Denniston (Terry) of Sioux Falls, SD, Charles McQuilliam (Judy) of Harrodsburg, KY, Lois Allen (Terry) of Lyons, KS, Micheal McQulliam of Larned, KS; and numerous nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 16, 2014, at Countryside Covenant Church with Rev. Jon Black and Rev. Tim Holgerson officiating. Burial will follow at the McPherson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, at Stockham Family Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
