Clarence DeWild

Clarence H. DeWild, 89, of McPherson and formerly of Phillipsburg, died Thursday, October 24, 2002, at Infiania Health Center in MCPherson. He was formerly a truck driver for Farmland Industries and also had worked in the Research & Development Dept. at CertainTeed Corp.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 28, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Burial with Military Honors will be at Crestwood Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled from 1:00 to 4:00 PM Sunday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, with the family present from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.

Survivors include: his wife, Josephine of McPherson, five sons, Robert of Viola, KS, LeMayne of Pacifica, WA, Kevin of Alamogordo, NM, Leland of McPherson, and Virgil of McPherson; three daughters, Wava Duncan of Mound City, MO, Valerie Erickson of McPherson, and Valissa Taggart of Clovis, NM; 29 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
