Carl Lawless

Carl J. Lawless, 20, of rural Canton, died Thursday, October 20, 2005, at his home. He was a student at McPherson College in his third year of the Auto Restoration Program and also worked in the sporting goods department at Wal-Mart.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 AM, Monday, October 24, at the First United Methodist Church in McPherson. Burial will be in the Empire Cemetery, rural Galva. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 5:00 PM Sunday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, with the family present from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.

Survivors include: his parents, John & Sandy Lawless of the home; a sister, Laurie Jo Lawless of the home; grandparents, Joyce Lawless of Galva and Kermit & Susan Hawley of McPherson; a step-grandfather, Clarence Green of Edna, KS; and a great-grandmother, Ruth Lawless of Mesa, AZ.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marcella Green, and his grandfather, Carl J. Lawless.
